Horses must be ridden by jockeys who have, at time of entry, completed three times a steeplechase or hurdle race within two years prior to such entry. One mile and a distance. Nomination, 20/. Acceptances CLOSE wdth the Secretary at Pahiatua on WEDNESDAY. 3rd January, 1923, at 9 p.m. Telegraph office closes at 5 p.m. PENALTIES. The winner of any race (after the declaration of weights) if handicapped under Sst 101 b, to carry 101 b penalty, and for every additional win to carry 61b extra.
