The whole Islamic world will heartily welcome an elected khalifa. The Aga Khan, Moslem leader, has cabled from Paris stating that he is returning to India in December, and warning Indian Moslems against pre-1 cipitate and ignorant action, and advising the sending of a strong deputation to Europe.
