President Harding has ordered the Alien Enemy Property Custodian to reclaim all German trade marks and patents which the former Custodian luring Dr. Woodrow Wilson’s admlnstration. Mr Garvin, granted to the Chemical Foundation, a privatelyowned corporation, now headed by Mr 3-arvin. The President desires the Government to resume the ownership of all past profits, as well as the patents xml trade marks themselves. Charges have been made by the Senators that these valuable rights, jaid to be worth 20 million dollars, vere sold for a quarter of a million.
