TAKE NOTICE that a Citation has been issued out of the Supreme Court at Wanganui citing you to appear and answer the Petition of Amelia Maria Stratford, of Waverlcy, wherein she prays for a dissolution oi' her marriage with you on the grounds o£ her separation from you by virtue of an Order of Summary Separation under the provisions of "The Divorce and Matrimonial Act 1908" dated the 2nd day of June, 1910 from that date down to the present time. And such Citation intimates that in default of your so doing the Court will proceed to hear the said Petition and to pronounce sentence therein notwithstanding your absence NOW THEREFORE TAKE NOTICE that for the purpose aforesaid you are within eight weeks (fifty six days) after the date of the last publication of this abstract (to wit, the 4th day of March, 1922) to attend in person, or by your Solicitor at the Supreme Court office at Wanganui, and there to enter an appearance to address the Court at any stage of the proceedings.
