SOUTH AFRICAN LOAN.

Cable Association.] (Received Tuesday, 10.10 p.m.) LONDON, November 28 Tho Union of South Africa is underwriting a six million per cent, loan with a currency from 1930 to 1940, is. sued at 964. This has occasioned some surprise, coming so soon after the September issue, but five millions of the new loan is required to meet Treasury Bills maturing in December and February.
