A child, of three months of age can be tested, and likewise the older children and adults, without the operator relying in any way upon the answers of the patient. Our Mr Russell is an expert with the visoptometre. The rapid growth of the business of Russel and Innes is a proof that more than ordinary skill is exercised in their prescribing and manufacturing of glasses.
