BOMBING 'PLANE CRASHES.

The commander of the Federal troops at Logan declared himself satisfied with the quiet conditions now reigning in connection with the fighting. There was a crash of a bomber used in reconnoitring, which resulted in four deaths and one person being fatally injured.
