The need for more accommodation at the Willard Home is being emphasised every week hy the many applications received lor admittance. Feel, ins that the present financial stress does not make it possible to procure many large donations of money, the members of the Willard Home Boaid have decided to raise funds as far as possible, by organising entertainments of various kinds. This will gbc the public the opportunity of assisting the extension fund without distressing anvone. The Chrysanthemum Show to be held to-morrow (Thursday) will be the. first attempt to raise money in this way. Space for exhibits is being taken up very freely. With an attractive schedule and programme, the members of the Board are looking forward to a pleasant and profitable show.
