Acceptances, for the First Day’s events, including tho Trial Plate, will close with the Secretary at the Office of the Club, Bulls, on MONDAY, the 14th MARCH, 1921. at 9 p.m., and for the Second Day’s events at the same place at 9 o’clock on the evening of the First Day. PENALTIES. The winner of any race after the Declaration of Weights may be Reliandicapped by the Handicapper.
