GISBORNE, Last night A boxing contest for the heavyweight professional champion of Now Zealand between Tom Heency (holder) and Albert Pooley (challenger) took place in the presence of an audience of fourteen hundred. The contest went the full 15 rounds and resulted in an easy win for Heeney on points.
