ARMSTRONG'S EXCLUSION.

Cabl* Association.] (Received Wednesday, 9.15 p.m.) MELBOURNE, Last Night. •The Victorian selectors decline to make any statement regarding Armstrong's exclusion from the Victorian team to play England. One, however, added that their reports on the subject would, in due course, be forwarded to the Victorian Cricket Association. Great indignation is expressed by the Victorian eleven. Armstrong was greeted by a large crowd on his arrival. He declined to make any statement.
