THE PETITION of the undersigned, being ratepayers of the Counties of Dannevirke and Woodville, the Boroughs of Dannevirke and Woodville, the Town Districts of Ormondville and Norsewood, all in the 1 Joniinion of New Zealand, respectfully sheweth:—■ I.—THAT your petitioners are ratepayers in respect of the lands the description of which are set opposite the respective signatures of your petitioners. 2.—THAT the lands referred to in paragraph 1 hereof are situated within the boundaries of the area described in paragraph 3 hereof which area it is proposed to have constituted an Electric Power District hereinafter appears. » 3. —THAT the area proposed to be so constituted an Electric Power District consists oi" the areas comprised within tlie boundaries of .the Counties of Dannevirke and Woodville, including the Boroughs of Dannevirke and Woodville and the Town* "Districts of Ormondville and Norsewood. 4.—THAT the area proposed to be so constituted an outer area of such district comprises the Weber County and that portion of the Patangata County on tlie southern side of t?:e road along the right bank of the Porangahau river from its mouth to the .junction with the Waipukurau Main Road, thence by that road to its junction with the Te Uri Road, and thence by that road to the point where it first strikes the County boun--5 the number of ratepayers, the population and the value, improved and unimproved, of all rateable property within each proposed constituent districts are as under: — G. —THAT*the .number of members constituting the proposed Board shall be ten, made up as follows: Dannevirke County 4, Dannevirke Borough 3, Woodville County 2,' .Woodville Borough 1. 7. —THAT the name of the proposed Electric Power.
