J-ierr Grassman, on of the German delegation, said that the German tra.de unions were against till dictatorships. Their belief was in the people, who should be supreme. The Gorman people were determined to light. Bolshevism. A resolution was carried denouncing - attacks upon the International federation of Trade Unions by the Moscow Trade Unions International.
