Such rate to be payable in one sum on the 20th day of October, 192 0, at the Office of the Board, Ranghikei Street, Palmerston North. The Valuation Roll and Rate Book are open for inspection at the Office of the Board on each week day except Saturday between the hours of 10 a.m. and 4 p.m. and on Saturday between the hours of 10 a.m and 12 noon.
