(Per Press Association.) CHRISTCHURCH, i.-nsr night. At a meeting of the New Zealand Superannuated Railway Employees and Police Association of Canterbury, the following- motion was carried: That inasmuch as the Prime Minister lias expressed himself is being ■ in sympathy with the claim of the superannuated railway men for additional superannuation allowances, we call upon him to translate bis sympathy to practical terms. It was decided to i-esi < ifuily ask for an increase of 4/ pc day for members superannuated before the war and since, who hav- not. participated in a war bonus before retiring.
