DISTRICT HANDICAP (Saddle) of £ls, second horse to receive £3 out of the stake. For horses owned ■within a radius of 15 miles from Hukanui. Nomination, 10/-. Acceptance, 5/-. One mile and a-half. 5. TROTTERS’ HANDICAP (Saddle), of £25, second horse to receive £3 10/-, and third horse £1 10/- out of the stake. For unhoppled horses only. Nomination, £l. Acceptance 5/-. Two miles. 6. Acceptances for all events close on MARCH 20, 1920, with the Secretary, at 5 p.m. RULES AND REGULATIONS. All races to be run under the rules Of the New Zealand, Trotting Association. The winner of any race after the declaration of handicaps may be rehandicapped. Owners must give with nominations the last three performances, and also the best winning time the horse has made. Every person applying for admission to any course, and every person entering or endeavouring to enter a horse for any race, and every person having or subsequently acquiring any | interest in such horse, shall be deemed to accept all the conditions and restrictions imposed or implied | by these rules, and to be barred from questioning the action of the Conference, Appeal Judges, Association, Club, Racing Club or body. Committee, Stewards, Officials, agents or servants, in respect of any such person or horse, or any person connected therewith otherwise than is provided for in Part XXX. of these rules.
