POH.4 COUNCIL L ORDERS. | "XTOTICE is hereby given that at a ( Special Meeting- of the Pohangina County Council held on Saturday, February 14th, 1920, resolutions were passed authorising the raising of the following- Special Loans under the provisions of Section 16 of the Local Bodies Loans Act, 1913, and amendments'thereto: — 1. A loan of £SSO for the purpose of erecting a residence for the County Engineer. Such loan to be secured by a Special Rate levied over the whole of the County. 2. A loan of £7OO for the purpose of erecting a dwelling in the Coal Creek Riding for the use of the Coal Creek Roadman. Such loan to be secured by a Special Rate levied within an area defined in such resolution and j known as the Coal Creek Riding Roadman's Cottage Special Rating District. . 3. A loan of £7OO for the purpose of erecting a dwelling for the use of the Pohangina Riding Roadman. Such loan to be secured by a Special Rate levied within an area defined in ; such resolution and known as the , Pohangina Riding Roadman's Cottage Special Rating District. The above loans are to be for periods of 36 i years and the interest to be paid at the rate of 41 per cent, per annum, plus one per cent, sinking fund. The cost of raising the above loans is to be paid out of the loans. It is hereby further notified that copies of the above resolutions are open to public inspection at the i County Office, Pohangina, during office hours, and that a Special Meeting of the said Council will be held on MONDAY, March 15th, 1920, to confirm the resolutions. Such loan to be secured by a Special Rate levied within an area defined in such resolution and known as the Awahou Roadman's Cottage Special Rating District. The above loan is to be for a period of 36 hj years, and the interest to be paid at the rate of 4 a per cent, per annupi, plus one per cent, sinking fund. The cost of rasing the loan is to be paid out of the loan. It is hereby further notified that a copy of the above resolution is open to public, inspection at the County Office, Pohangina, during office hours, and that a Special Meeting of the Council will be held on MONDAY, March 15th, to confirm such resolution.
