The daily fruit sales were well attended, and Thursday and Saturday's Mart Sales were most successful, the attendance at both being well above the average. Following are a few of the sales: — Weaners and slips 17/- to 30/-; stores 27/- to 4S/-: porkers 47/- to 69/-; boar 72/ C; hens 4/G to 7/-; pullets to 16/-; ducks 5/6 to 9/-; cockerels to 6/9.
