All races to be run under the New Zealand Rules of Racing. All nominations by telephone or telegram must be confirmed by letter at once, accompanied by fees, name of owner, colours, breeding, age and all necessary official information. PENALTIES. FLAT RACES. —The winner of any race (after declaration of weights, if handicapped under Sst lOlbs) to carry lOlbs penalty and for every additional win to carry 61bs extra. If handicapped at Sst lOlbs or over, to carry only half the above penalty. NOMINATIONS, Nominations for all events, including Maiden Hack Race, CLOSE with the Secretary at.
