The Wairarapa Farmers’ Co-oper-ative Association, Ltd., stock department, Pahiatua, will hold their annual heifer fair at the Mangahao yards. Pa hiatua, on Monday next, when they will offer 250 2 and 3-year-old heifers. These heifers, as is usual with those offered at a Wairarapa Farmers’ Heifer Fair, arc particularly well grown, iu good condition, show excellent prospects, and are all close to the drop. Dairymen who arc short of a few cows, or those who want to start dairying with the right stuff, should make a point of attending the sale. Buyers from the Manawatu side should note that tho train service on Monday runs right to Pahiatua, and all that is required is a permit to travel.
