KAIRANGA COUNTY COUNCIL. j MANGAONE RIDING. j IVTOTIGE is hereby given that it is I the intention of the Kairanga 1 * County Council to borrow from the Public Trustee the sum of £2300 under • the provisions of “The Local Bodies Loans Act, 1913,” for a period of | thirty-six and one-half years at 5-} per I cent per annum, plus I per cent sinking fund, for the following purposes:— For the purchase of one motor lorry and the expenditure of the balance in plant. I For the payment of the interest, I sinking fund, and other charges on the I ; said Loan, the Kairanga County Ooun- ] j cil proposes to make a special rate, as | follows: — l-IGth of a penny in the £ on the rateable value of all rateable properties in the Mangaone Riding. Such rate to be an annually recurring rate for 3GJ years, or until the loan is fully paid off. The cost of raising the loan 1 and the first year’s interest thereon is j to be paid out of the loan.
