OVERCROWDING SCANDAL
CAMPBELL STREET PROTESTS. Dissatisfaction with the Government in its failure to provide a now school for Campbell Street came to a head last night, when a record meeting of householders passed the following resolution : ‘ 1 That this meeting of 233 householders protest;- in the strongest manner against the Covernment's failure to provide a now school for Campbell Street Wo know that our children's health is being endangered, their work being handicapped, and the staff asked to teach under extreme disabilities." Ten men and women volunteered to collect signature of householders for a petition to be presented to the Government by the incoming committee,"
