[ A.ust. and N.Z. Cable Association-.j (Eeceivcd Sunday 5.5 p.m.) ■ LONDON, Oct. 19. A Belgian communique says: The Anglo-French in the morning resumed their advance. The Belgians have reached the general line Ostend-Oudenburg-Ettetheim-Varssenaerc-Standre-St. Michel. Towards the east the resistance is strong. As the result of hand-to-hand fighting the Belgians reached the eastern outskirts of Ooscamp and Eiengbeek capturing Moztroosebeeke and progressed 1% kilometres beyond.
