A French communique reports: On the right bank of the Oise there was a violent enemy artillery re-action between the Oise. and the Serre. Our pressure during the past few days has obliged the enemy to begin a fresh withdrawal. We 'pursued the German rearguard and occupied Anguilcourt, west of Grandpre. Extremely bitter fighting coatinues and extended this morning as far as the height of Vouziers. We crossed the Aisne at this point.
