Messrs Abraham and Williams, Ltd., report having held a most successful clearing .sale on account of W. Sawyer, Esq., Kuuwhata, on the 10th inst. There was a good attendance of buyers and bidding was brisk throughout. The cows and heifers wero a good lot and prices realised were as follows: Springing cows £l(s 15s to £2O 2s (3d, springing heifer.- £9 10s, £9 Ms 6d, to £ls f>s. On account of outside vendors, springing heifers £7 2s fid, £8 10s, to £8 12s, S.H. bull 15%kim, Hereford bulls £l3 10s, mixed yearlings £3 18s, mixed 15-months (good) to £0 9s, b.f. hoggets to 20s Id, liorse, giy and harness £l2 10s, milk cans and ..■ dries sold at good prices.
