ANOTHER THREE KILOMETRES. The High Commissioner reports a* 12.20 a.m. on July 26th; A French official message states: The Franco-Amert-cans at certain points south of the Ourcq have advanced three kilometres. We occupied Oulchy la Ville, captured Hill 141, crossed the Nanteuil Brook, and took Coicy and the hulk of Tournelle Wood. We have appreciably progressed in Fere Forest.
