Britain’s Gratitude.
(Received Thursdav, 8.10 p.m.) LONDON, Oct. 22. In the House of Commons, Mr Lloyd George gave notice that ho would move a vote of thanks to the. Navy, Hie British and Overseas troops, the Medical and other services; also the mercantile marine and the various war workers, including the women, and expressing sympathy with the relatives of the fallen.
