' At the Inter-schools Regatta the Umstehurch Boys' High School beat Wangaaui Collegiate School by a bare quarter of a length after a magnificent race. Time, 5.20. JFJfc. ? nal Christ,s CoUe Se defeated Waitaki High School. After a good start Waitaki soon established a slight lead, but Christ's College rowing a longer easier stroke, impressed the spectators. .
