Bishop Bury has arrived from Ruhleben, where he spent a week at Germany’s permission in the freest intercourse with the British prisoners there. No Germans were near. Ho says that he left the interned men feeling prouder than ever to be an Englishman] He obtained permission to sing the ” National Anthem,” which was done with the utmost enthusiasm, Their Majesties’ message of sympathy and encouragement was received with gratitude.
