MR MASSEY'S PRESENCE IN DUBLIN. (Aust. and N.Z. Cable Association.) (Received Thursday, 9.50 p.m.) LONDON, Nov. 30.

Mr Massey is in Dublin. In a speech at a banquet to Lord Wimborne, the Viceroy, at the Mansion House, he urged every part of the Empire to do its duty in the utar. Every citizen of military age in the dominions or nearer home should do his part. The speech was warmly I received.

Lord Wimborne welcomed it as a fresh broeze introduced into the political atmosphere.
