Starmer Was a Traitor.

The "New Statesman," a London weekly, makes interesting disclosures of. events in the Duma, resulting in M. Stunner's dismissal. Mr Milukov, leader of the Constitutional Democrats, accused M. Sturmer of co-opera-ting with the pro-German clique in the Russian court in negotiating for a separate peace, and disorganising the •railways and munition and food supplies for the purpose of hampering the ' army. Aftor Sturmer left the Duma, General Shuvaieff, War Minister) and Admiral Gregorovitch, Minister for Marine, went to the Duma and declared that they intended to fight to a finish and that victory was certain. Amid fronzied cheers, General Shuvaieff shook hands with M. Milukov. The "New Statesman" doclares that the chiefs of the Russian field army, Generals Alexieff, Eusky, Brusiloff, and Evert, demand Sturmer'a dismissal and supported the Duma. PETROGRAD, Nov. 27.
