Fighting in Rumania.

(Aust. and N.Z. Cable Association.) A Russian communique states: — The Rumanians on the west frontier of Moldavia captured Bolian, north-west of Okua and the Piatraotkul Heights, south-westof Okau. The Rumanians arrested an enemy offensivo on the Wallaehian frontier. There is fierce fighting on bath banks of the Giu (f Jiul). The enemy is attacking on the whole front in the Dobruja. The Russo-Rumanian Army is resisting and retiring north of the HirsovaKacapkioy line.
