ANOTHER VESSEL SUNK.
REPRISALS ON NORWAY.
(Aust. and N.Z. Cable Association.) (Received Sunday, 6.55 p.m.) LONDON, Oct. 27. The ten-thousand tonner Rowanmore dias been sunk and the captain taken prisoner. A German afflcial note announces that all captains of. captured enemy fcierchantment will bo treated as prisoners, the allegation being that the Governments have instructed them to carry on espionage. Norway has lost 2<55,000 merchant tonnage 'owing to the war. to the insured value of 103,000,0(10 kroner, (and U!> sailors have been lost. < " As a preliminary reprisal against Norway, Germany has decided not to export metal plates through Holland without a guarantee that Holland will a:,t use German material to repair Norwegian ships.
