Stilt-walking is on the increase this week because so many boys are getting a pair for nothing from Messrs Oollinson and Cunninghame. With school starting on Wednesday next this firm conceived the idea of giving every buyer of a boy's tweed suit one pair of stilts free. Sale prices are in force, so the offer is distinctly opportune.*
