Received 10.55 p.m. BUCHAREST, Nov. 23. It is reported that 2000 Russian 'prisoners, interned at Debreezq, revolted in August because of bad food and killed two sentries. The Hungarians shot all the 2000. An official communique attributed the disappearance of the prisoners to cholera.
