THE GOEBEN AND THE BRESLAU
Eeceived 7.30 p.m. (Official Pi ess Bureau.) LONDON, Aug. 11, Midnight. It is stated that there is good reason for believing that the Goeben and the Breslau have taken refuge in the Dardanelles anu will be dealt with according to international usage.
