THE HAGUE, August 11. The German Legation stated that the German forces were driven baek by Russian frontier forces who destroyed the cavalry brigade at Soldau and scattered a division near InsterbuTg. East Prussia is free from the enemy. The German losses were slight. Tchenstochow, Katish, Willun, Kilbarty and other Russian frontier places have been occupied by Germa*» whom the Poles cheered. Russians have evacuated Russia* Poland. ST. PETERSBURG, August 11. Owing to several Russian successes on the frontier the Austrians are evacuating Radzivilov, near Brodig.
