COPENHAGEN, August 12. Travellers from Berlin report that there are serious riots daily. Owing to the rise in the price of food many tradesmen and dealers have been arrested. The police closed many shops. #aper money everywhere is refused. Official.—The Press Agency announces that private people are entitled to arrest suspicious characters and a terrible man-hunt has resulted.
