FENNER COMMITTED FOR TRIAL

Fenner, the defaulting stockbroker, was committed for trial. He stated that he must admit the truth of the charges. He did not wish to make any excuse, and regretted the pain and loss to creditors. He said he would do his utmost to help the trustee to deal with the estate in their interests.
