By Electric Telegraph.—Press Association —Copyright. (Times. —Sydney Sun Service.) Received 5.20 p.m. CONSTANTINOPLE, May 5. The Turkish military arrested three Slav milkmen in November charged with killing fifteen Turkish soldiers and violating Moslem women. Irritated at the delay he reiterated his request to the Porte for them to be officially liberated when he discovered that the prisoners had been previously shot.
