Several rinks from Feilding visited Palmerston Club'screen on Saturday. The visitors were, at the conclusion, thanked for the visit b.y Mr W. Beck, president of Palmerston club, Mr Goodbehere, president .of Feilding club, responding. Afternoon tea was supplied by Mrs Beck. The results of the play were (Feilding being mentioned first in each case): — Harrison, Neai; Goodbehere, and Say well (skip) 21 v. Mundy, Bryant, Drew and Tasker (skip) 1C Mills, Guthrie, Mulvanah, :and McQueen (skip) 20 v. Reid, Kerslake, Young, and J. Nash (skip) 19. I Haybittle, McDonald, Claph&m, and Stewart (skip) 11 v. Innes, Griggs, Brophy, and N. Nash (skip) 2(5. Hazell, Davidson, Burne, and James (skip) 15 v. Whitehead, Batchelar, Seifert, and Pickering (skip) 31. Aggregate: Palmerston .110 points, Feilding 91. ! BALL FEATHERS. Another Feilding rink came to play for the Ball Feathers. The holders were Michie, Stewart, Mowlem, and Hodgins (skip), and the challengers
Taylor, H. Bartholomew, Garrett, and J. Bartholomew (skip). The scores were 24 to 20. HANSON AND BARB CUP. A team from Woodville, .skipped by Nicholson, played o;i Palmerston green on Saturday for the Manson. and Barr Cup. The holders, skipped )y C, Smith, had a hard light to ob-
tain the trophy. During the last head the jack was carried into the ditch by Nicholson, and the game seemed ended in Woodville's favour, when Smith, with his last shot, lay a few inches nearer the jack than Nicholson's bowl, and gained the match by one point. Scores: Palmerstoa 20, Woodville 19.
