—By Telegram—Or»t>yrtf h* C'AWNt'ORE MOSQIT. INCIDENT. DELHI, yesterday. Lord Hardinge, the Viceroy, visited Cawnpore to investigate l the mosque incident. He announced he would invite the Court's permission to withdraw the prosecution, as the accused had already been severely punished.
