Mo gao, Henry Walters, an I Arthar Cartis, and other millionaires have formed a syndicate to Duild an America Cup challenger Robert Emmons, of B.ston, has been appointed managing director of tt>e new yacht. It is understood a second challenger will also be built and that a series of trials will preceie the club's final choice.
