IS SETTLEMENT POSSIBLE. NEWSPAPER COMMENT. Received 5.5 p m. Newspaper comments on Lord Loreburn's proposal t3 settle the Home Rule trouble show that the issue is likely to centre on t e question of whether tie Unionists will consent to some form of breakup of toe legislative union. Farmers of the Dnblin County have resolved to lock out two thons and labourers belonging to the Transporters' Union.
