It is understood Japau's demands to China inci de a 50 years' extension of the lease of Port Arth&r, which expires in 1933. It is anticipate! t at even though China will perfoice yield, some incident will inevitably occur concilitating the expansionist pi gramme, including the military occupation ot Foochow aud Amoy, and the in* trod action to those zones of socalled Manchurian methods.
