The enp was won hy Miss Nancy Johnson, with a net score of 75. Mrs liny Williams and Miss Collins tied for the best gross score. Best oar s were as follows: SHORT HANDICAP.

(Times-Sydney Sun Special Cable.) Received 5 5 p. m London, Sept. 14. St Andrew's Golf Club committee questioned whether if a player swing a clnb back, but stopped in the downward swing and the ball remained stationary, had ma'e a stroke, rales that it was no stroke.
