WARLIKE CARGOES.
MYSTERIOUS SHIPMENTS. Pren Awn—By Telegraph—Copyright New York, May 13. Cargoes of arms and ammunition, consigned to Australia, have been placed aboard twelve foreign vessels at Philadephia, at the instance of the Wilmington Powder Company, of Delaware. Shipping circles believe the cargoes are not intended for Australia but for the United States Pacific coast defences.
