INTERNATIONAL HARVESTER, COY. TO OPEN HEBE. IN COLEMAN PLACE. We learn that the International' Harvester Company haa acquired! (through Mr Fred" Land Agency) Mr J. Henry's- premises in, Coleman Place and intends establishing a branch here and erectinga large two-storeyed warehouse and show room. Tne section acquired is the site at one time occupied by Mr Bunting's studio. The Harvester Coy. is one of the largest caterers for farming implements in the worlds The New Zealand manager, Mr F. W. Jones, selects Palmerstoc for its central position and its excellence as a distributing centre. Mr Joues' American business instrinots tell him Palmerston is going to be a boom centre. It is understood the Wellington agency is to bj closed in favour of Palmerston. The possibilities of this district, have, of couise ber-n tested by the firm's operations conducted on a minor scale, and th&resuU is the decision to establish a base here. The building will be ao impr sing one and an ornament to tne town. The top storey will probably bo let as offices or for other similar pur« poses.
