IN ENGLAND. NEWSPAPER DEMANDS. Prefc* Aeen—By Telegraph—Copyright Received 5.5 p.m. London, April 5. The Spectator declares that the time has arrived when Englishmen must seriously apply themselves to providing airships. The Telegraph and several other newspapers are joining in a crusade in this direction, and much space is being devoted to the subject in the press.
