MASTERTON SESSION. (PreM Association.—By Telegraph. Masterton, Last Night. The Supreme Court opened circuit sessions here to-day before Mr Justice Chapman, who congratulatsd the district upon its immunity from crime. ODly three cases of perjury were on the criminal list. True bills were returned by the Grand Jury in each case. A halfcaste named John Richards was found guilty of committing perjury in evidence given by him at the inquest at Greytown. Sentence was defeired.
